The purpose of creating a Collection List of pages is to make it easier to control where the FAQs are displayed. This same logic can also be applied to other Collection Lists by adding a Multi-Reference Field.

This way, whenever you update the content of a FAQ, the change will automatically apply to all pages where that FAQ appears — so you don’t have to update each page manually.

The items inside the “Website Pages” CMS are created manually to mirror the actual structure of your site. When adding a FAQ Collection List to a page, you need to configure Conditional Visibility* so that only the FAQ items matching that page’s name are displayed.

These CMS items are not generated automatically, so if you add, edit, or delete a page, you’ll also need to update the corresponding CMS item to keep everything in sync.
